Am I required to register before making a purchase?
No need to make an account with us, just check out as a guest. However registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

Can I make my own list of favourite products? Where can I see it?
Yes! If you like a product just click on the desire (heart) icon below it. This will automatically save it to your desired list, which you can find under your account dashboard. On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
What forms of payment does Artday accept?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
How do I check the status of an order?
Once we have received Billing and Shipping information you order will be prepared for dispatch and delivered with in the specified time listed on the product page.
Once shipped you will receive a confirmation and shipment email wich will contain further information. Any further questions feel free to give us an email and we can assist with individual cases.
Shipping & Return
About Product Shipping.
The products are delivered directly from the creators to your doorstep. Bella Casa London doesn’t handle any direct shipping at this moment, but we pre-screen and only carefully select creative designers who are deemed reliable / trustworthy and have previous experience shipping their creations.
We work with our creators to use recommended and trusted shipping carriers for our featured sellers, but this may vary if the seller has a trusted / better alternative he/she is comfortable with.
If a product is to become discontinued or out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a cancelation, back order or choice of a suitable alternative.
In the unlikely event that a product does not arrive when expected please contact us using our contact us form with your customer invoice number which will help us track your order quickly.
Under no circumstances are we liable for any direct, indirect or consequential costs, charges or expenses arising as a result of late, damaged or incorrect delivery of goods. This includes (but not limited to) electrician or any other contractor fees.

Which countries do we ship to?
This depends on the creator and the nature of the products. We try to collaborate with creators who ship mainly UK and Europe but some products might not be available to ship to your country. For Further assistance please contact us we’ll be happy to support in what way we can.
How much will the delivery cost me?
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. To make things easier we’ve incorporated shipping fees into the price of the product so there are no hidden charges. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying. Please note if you require shipping outside the UK please contact us before purchase so we can arrange.
If a delivery is not successful or goods are refused this order maybe returned to us. If this is the case all further delivery charges will be at the customers expense (even if original delivery was free of charge).
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
Each product listing has a estimated delivery time, this can also depends on the distance between you and the creator. Our creators offer regional to worldwide shipping depending on the product. The expected delivery time is clearly stated on the product page, and on the checkout page.
It will vary depending on the item as handcrafted goods may take more time to create and ship.
Every effort is made to produce products to such a high quality and responsibly ship as soon as possible.
Be sure to check out shipping company’s estimated delivery time when they send you the tracking number for your order.
Some circumstances are outside of our control, such as server weather conditions which may cause deliveries to arrive later then estimated.
A number of our products are crafted from different creators so it is possible that items maybe delivered separately possibly from different locations.
Receiving & Returning Goods
We would ask that all items received are to be inspected as soon as they are delivered, even if you do not intend to use immediately. Any damage that has occurred as a result of transit must be reported by our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. After this period it is deemed that goods arrived in a satisfactory condition and therefor we cannot accept any claim for damages or shortages after this period of 48hours

Terms & Conditions
The Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel any contract for the purchase of goods brought online within 14 calendar days, begging with the day after which the item was delivered. This applies to all our products except any items that have been made, personalised or modified to your specification.
If you wish to return any good please contact us within the 14 calendar day period (of good received) via our contact us form.
You will remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us in a saleable condition. We decline to accept any retuned goods that have been installed or modified in any way or where the inner product box is damaged or defaced, or if lighting products received damaged or broken. You should also include any bulbs, parts, screws etc. that were included in your original delivery.
The cost of returning unwanted items is at the customers responsibility. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method and retain proof of posting ( even if we organise ) incase goods are damaged or lost and you need to follow up a claim with the courier. For further protection we suggest that you may consider making your own insurance arrangements.
Any refund due will be paid using the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving back the goods. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of anything we will be happy to help you through the process and answer any queries.
Eligible Goods For Return

We ask that returning products are to be sent back in the goods original packaging and in unused condition. Evidence of damages that are reported (within the stated 48 hour of delivery period) will require photographic evidence in follow up email. This will help us asses the problem and in some cases organise replacement part and shorten the waiting time.
Discount & Promotion
If any promotional discount was applied at checkout at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Alternatively the refund will be of the actual amount paid.
